Service, excellence, sustainability, compassion, gratitude, and
humility are the values driving entrepreneur Lara Foss. These values
driven by her passions for discovery and creation are exemplified
throughout her life and certainly in her professional and academic

Lara co-created TreadRight’s methodology so it is no surprise that
she is exemplary of the required disposition and skills. First, there is
a focus and clarity of purpose that allows Lara to seek and understand
the essential truths of individuals and organizations in spite of
expectations and prior experiences – we call this “Getting out of the
way.” Next, Lara brings the communication skills, observational skills,
and authentic warmth and sincerity needed to discover essential truth even
in difficult situations. Finally, the integration of observations into a MissionMapSM require Lara’s limber creativity and the distinct depth and
breadth of Lara’s intelligences.
